When i did this, i was going through some really hard emo times, and i felt so alone and defenseless. This was sketched out long before i even colored it, and no i didnt ref anything, i just always loved the idea of a giant beast protecting something that was weak and human i guess. so Twilight is protecting me. <3 shes always been something that helped me in my time of need.
